Most agencies will require that you be at least 18 years of age. Each has their own regulations for alarm company employees. Some states will require you to obtain a license to perform this type of service. Check with the prospective company to see if your state requires this type of license. They will also be able to tell you how much the license costs and how long it takes to obtain one. If your state does require a license, you will probably have to have a criminal background check and submit your fingerprints to the local law enforcement agency.
